NPS lists Powers Island Launch at 5450 Interstate North Parkway, Sandy Springs. Its listed downstream options include the Paces Mill canoe takeout (2.6 miles) and boat takeout (2.8 miles); check current access before setting a shuttle.
- NPS directs paddlers to Morgan Falls Dam release information and the gauge below that dam. Its kayak guidance says to cancel above 4,000 cfs at that gauge. The reading displayed on this page must not be substituted for that specific gauge.
